Every year around a billion disposable razors go to landfill. For the founders of Minim, that’s complete madness when there are great alternatives available.
From the outset Minim aimed to be a fully sustainable business with all aspects of the product being plastic free. Our job was to bring the brand to life and make it appealing to a broad range of users (most especially women), rather than the traditional male face shaving crew.
To do so we used a fresh colour palette, fun language, custom icons, and brought the message that Minim was for everyone to life with quirky images and headlines. Studio photography was created in collaboration with Lightworkx Photography.
A core challenge was to create a product that would appeal to women, given these kinds of razors can be intimidating to use. We used testimonials and short videos to help tell the story and gain Minim a whole host of new customers. From there we built out a full ecommerce experience making it easy to buy and subscribe.
